Ligia came to visit again. This time her whole family came out for Thanksgiving. Her son, Brendan stayed with us while she and Dave enjoyed some time in San Luis Obispo. Peter and Brendan are only 2 weeks apart in age and have known each other since they were 6 months old. Brendan's brother, Aiden and Caroline are very close in age. We said our good-byes at Magoo's restaurant here in town and the boys had fun eating pizza and Caroline and Aiden had fun running around and hanging on Aiden's Uncle Carlos' legs. On Monday, I took Brendan to school to have lunch and recess with Peter and their old classmates. He had a great time and everyone was happy to see him. Brendan was also at the Adoption Day picnic with us and got to run around with Peter all day. They had a great visit and we hope to get out there to visit them this summer. We will see how things work out.

Although we're what seems a million miles away it brings comfort and encouragement to think of you in TO and your heart for the Lord, your family, the way you serve at church (and beyond), and your heart for adoption.
